Tartan Ridge HOA

Tartan Ridge is a community comprised of 16 single-family homes and 47 townhomes. Located on Columbia Pike near the intersection of New Hampshire Ave, Tartan Ridge shares an entrance with Dumont Oaks at Oak Leaf Drive. Most of the homes were constructed in 1985 and 1986 as a Homeowners Association (HOA). The HOA has worked with homeowners over the past 38 years to ensure that improvements and external changes are consistent with HOA approved guidelines for the association. Several of the original homeowners still reside in the community and many homeowners have lived here for more than 10 years. Our neighborhood is located in a quiet woodland setting with a
great deal of open space.
